When you submit your request, Please call us (310)212 6408 to provide your credit card information. This is a part of our 24 hour cancellation policy. Until you can provide the information, your appointment is not confirmed.
Once your appointment is confirmed, your appointment is booked. If you wish to cancel the booked appointment less than 24 hours of your appointment time, we still charge the full amount of the service on your credit card. Please arrive the spa 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.(It takes some time to check in, and change to massage clothes. ) If you came in late, you would only receive the treatment for the rest of your appointment time and the session would end at the originally scheduled time.
